Oh Sisters🤍

Surrender - This is the one I have struggled with recently. It is said by the Father that you must surrender completely to Him and understand that all things happen in His time and His will. When I think of the things that God has saved me from you would think that this would be an easy task. When I speak of my faith I always get the same questions-

Why do you surrender ?

Why do you seek His presence isn’t God omnipresent ?

Why do you feel convicted when you fall into the desires of the flesh, God knows we are sinners?

It’s as simple as this because of the understanding I have now of the mantle I must carry in the pursuit of God’s kingdom. My walk in life completely changed. My spirit completely rejects the idols of the world. The enemy knew of my anointing upon my life and so from the troubling age of 17 to 22 I experienced a period of consistent spiritual warfare for five years. Oh! If you could know the tears I cried in the stillness of the night or the fatigue that completely covered my eyes, my ears submerging me in darkness. I was disabled, completely blind and deaf. This looks like many things but for me it was the mental chains upon my mind that then transcendent into my spirit. But, Like the God I speak of and the same God that David sings of in the book of Psalms, He in His majesty saved me.

And now the miracle is ,I only cry in the night not of sadness but when seeking the presence of Holy Spirit. Stepping into this light is the hardest thing I am doing in this life. I can now stand firm in understanding that I live, breathe and want to completely be embraced and surrounded by not only His wonders but His purpose and His people. His people are you, wherever you are reading, and if not, what do you possibly have to lose by just listening and seeking him.

Surrender is not a grand one time event - like in church when the pastor beckons to the crowd for whoever wants to accept Jesus as their savior to come forward. Fine, it's amazing if you do go forward but the more I have grown in faith the more that I have learnt that surrender is daily - whenever your confused or unsure or feel your flesh weak in confrontation with temptation. You surrender then and because these are everyday struggles in a Christian life you surrender always and everyday. My biggest regret would be if anyone assumed that my life was completely easy because I choose to do these when I struggle or when I am weak - it is HARD it is very hard, but the joy of witnessing God’s majesty as he works things out for you is worth it. To know and understand that an ancient powerful being loves me so to save me even when I sin and knowing that I will sin , Oh what a love !

Recently it has become so apparently clear to me of what I hope this platform would become for young women - fellowship in profound sisterhood!

What does this look like?

Walking into this light

Coming into his loving arms and experience the protection and peace that resides here.

Come and let’s be sisters and children of the Holy father.

Listening and seeking his guidance in the holy pages of his teachings.

Crafting our identity based upon his affirmations and the perfect manufacture that is you.

Come here so we can love each other , pray for each other and intercede for each other.

Come as we teach each other of what mantle we must each carry in His kingdom.

Sisters come and cast all your worries and watch as He in His mercy fights for you.

Come let’s hold hands , wipe each others tears of pain from the troubling world, pick each other up and love each other through and by the love that Jesus showed us through His sacrifice on the cross.

Oh sisters come to your Father and he will heal you.
